Stocks on Bursa Malaysia closed lower yesterday, tracking other Asian bourses, as investors turned cautious ahead of some key US economic figures to be released later this week. The FBM KLCI was down 4.42 points or 0.24% to 1,803.05, after moving between 1,800.63 and 1,813.61 throughout the day. Losers edged gainers by 494 to 339, with 281 counters unchanged. Total volume stood at 2.121 billion shares worth RM2.127 billion from Monday's 1.698 billion shares worth RM1.424 billion.
