Stocks on Bursa Malaysia closed lower yesterday, dragged by losses in selected blue-chips and heavyweights, in line with weaker regional close. The FBMKLCI fell 6.77 points or 0.36% lower to 1,869.92 after moving between 1,869.47 and 1,875 throughout the day. Decliners led advancers by 493 to 346, with 329 counters unchanged. Total volume declined to 2.77 billion units valued at RM2.099 billion from Tuesday's 2.88 billion units valued at RM2.160 billion.
