FBM KLCI - almost unchanged

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended lower yesterday with the benchmark FBMKLCI ended almost flat after range-bound trade in line with regional stock markets. Southeast Asian stocks were range-bound but remained resilient after China posted softer than expected economic data. The FBMKLCI stood at 1,815.18, down 0.43 of a point or 0.02%, after hovering between 1,810.73 and 1,820.5 throughout the day. Losers led gainers by 553 to 245, with 309 counters unchanged. Total volume was flat at 1.69 billion shares worth RM1.72 billion from the 1.69 billion shares worth RM1.81 billion on Wednesday. Read more >>
