FBM KLCI - lower for the third straight day as producer price index down

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended lower yesterday with the benchmark FBMKLCI extended earlier losses to end lower for the second consecutive day as Malaysia’s Producer Price Index (PPI) contracted 4.6 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y) in May 2023, which is faster than expected as compared with a 3.0 per cent drop in April.
