Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended lower on Friday, the last trading day for 2023, with the benchmark FBMKLCI wrapped up the year to close at its intraday low at 1,454.66 compared to the first-day opening of 2023 at 1,488.54, weighed by persistent selling pressure throughout most part the year due to outflow of funds as a result of multiple interest rate hikes in the United States.
