FBM KLCI - likely to slide lower on bearish economic outlook

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended lower across the board on Friday with the benchmark FBMKLCI bucked the regional trend to end the day sharply lower at the intraday low due to broad-based selling, falling 1.10 per cent, as investors exercised caution due to global inflation concerns, fueled by elevated crude oil prices and the looming United States government shutdown.
