FBM KLCI - ended marginally higher for the second session on improved risk appetite

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended higher on Monday, October 5, 2026, with the benchmark FBMKLCI closed slightly higher, in line with upbeat regional markets, as improved risk appetite was supported by softer US labour data, which reduced expectations of further Federal Reserve tightening and eased pressure on bond yields.
