FBM KLCI - lower on heavy profit-taking

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended easier yesterday following profit-taking on finance and index-linked counters. The FBMKLCI finished 10.94 points or 0.60% lower at 1,824.03 after opening at 1,834.74 and hovered between 1,818.99 and 1,836.47 throughout the day. Market breadth was negative with losers outnumbering gainers by 556 to 284, while 301 counters were unchanged.
