FBM KLCI - lower on profit-taking

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia closed lower yesterday on profit taking amid weak sentiment regionally following losses on Wall Street overnight. The FBMKLCI fell 3.09 points or 0.17% to 1,828.21 after opening 0.5 of a point lower at 1,831.8, and fluctuated 1,826.53 and 1,833.10 throughout the day. Market breadth was negative with loser outnumbered gainer by 427 to 392 while 319 counters were unchanged.
