FBM KLCI - lower on profit-taking

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia closed lower yesterday with losses in banking counters dragged the FBMKLCI to close 2.07 points or 0.11% lower to 1,865.28 points. The benchmark index which stayed in the red yesterday hovered between 1,863.51 points and 1,866.32 points throughout the trading day. Market breadth was negative as losers led gainers by 485 to 325, while 344 counters were unchanged. Turnover was lower at 2.02 billion shares worth RM1.96 billion from Wednesday’s 2.23 billion shares worth RM2.09 billion. Read more>>
