Stocks on Bursa Malaysia ended yesterday in a weak note, prompted by losses in selected blue-chips. The downtrend movement in the local market was dragged by foreign selling activities especially in blue-chips counters like TENAGA and Petronas Chemicals. The FBM KLCI shed 6.28 points or 0.39% to 1,621.36, after opening two points lower at 1,625.64, and hovered between 1,613.94 and 1,627.05 during the trading session. Decliners doubled advancers by 486 to 219, with 259 counters unchanged.
