FBM KLCI - closed at fresh record high

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia closed broadly higher yesterday with the benchmark FBMKLCI closed at a new all-time high of 1,892.33, up 8.37 points or 0.44% from Monday’s close, boosted by bullish external sentiment. The key index's previous record high was 1,887.07 registered on May 19, 2013. Market breadth was positive as advancers outpaced decliners by 452 to 396, with 307 counters unchanged. Total volume rose to 1.93 billion shares worth RM2.11 billion from 1.76 billion shares worth RM1.94 billion on Monday. Read more>>
