Stocks on Bursa Malaysia rebounded to end slightly higher yesterday amid the weaker sentiment on most Asian stocks as investors trimmed risk holdings amid concerns over the Iraq situation and rising crude oil prices. The benchmark FBMKLCI gained 3.02 points or 0.16% to 1,874.6, after hovering between 1,870.1 and 1,876.22 throughout the day. Advancers led decliners by 468 to 353, while 317 counters were unchanged. Total volume increased to 1.63 billion shares worth RM1.82 billion from the 1.36 billion shares valued at RM1.41 billion transacted on Monday. Read more>>
